Our jewelry are all handcrafted in small quantities so your order may take up to 8 working days to be processed before it is ready to ship. All orders above $20 are shipped via tracked courier and postage services only. 


SINGAPORE

Normal mailing $1.50 (only for orders $20 & below)

Tracked shipping rate is $2.50

Once purchases hit SGD65, the shipping fee will be waived.

NOTE: Tracked delivery will take about 2-3 working days after being processed.

For normal mail, we will not be responsible for lost item. Do make sure to give us the correct address.

 

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders will be shipped via Singpost Airmail (with tracking)

Malaysia and Brunei: $8

Countries in Asia & the Pacific (except Australia, Japan & New Zealand): $15

Australia, Japan, New Zealand & rest of the world: $18

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, there may be significant shipping delays. 

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office. 

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for any purchases from us. Please ensure that the address provided is correct and in full to prevent any shipping delays or errors.

Incomplete shipping addresses may result in return mail. In such event to redeliver, additional shipping charges will be imposed for reshipping. 

For international orders, packages will have to be returned to sender before shipping out again. This process may take 2-8 weeks. A fee will be charged to resend the item out. 

PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS

Please note that the 'dispatch by' date indicated is only a guide and items may be shipped before or after this date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items, your entire order will be sent only when all items are ready. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your orders separately.
