All items purchased are not exchangeable or refundable. Only in the event that item received is incorrect or faulty, will exchange or refund be allowed.
Items under sale, limited edition and gift cards are are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
For exchange/ refund:
Kindly email ssen.atelier@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item, with a clear photo of the defect, along with your name and order number.
We'll get in touch with you and it will take 2-5 business days to process the replacement.
All incorrect items must be returned in their original packaging and condition ( unworn and unwashed). An inspection will be done on the returned item(s) before any replacement is processed. Items that do not meet the conditions stated above will not be exchanged and any cost of redelivery will be borne by the buyer.
Please note that an exchange is only subjected to material availability.
We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number (as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost packages) and in an envelope padded with bubble wrap so that it reaches us safely and undamaged.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue you a refund/exchange and notify you via email. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.
ALTERATION
Should you require alteration for any item bought from us, kindly contact us at ssen.atelier@gmail.com along with your name, order number, a picture of the item and how you want it altered.
The cost of delivery, rework and materials shall be borne by the buyer. It will take 5-10 working days to process the alteration, depending on the date that the item is received.
Please Note:
Crystals and pearls are natural materials, there may be slight cracks, chips or internal fractures. They are all unique pieces that may have variations in color, shapes and sizes.
All items sold here are handmade, so there maybe slight variations in placement. These are inevitable and we will not consider such as defects.
Some of the tiny glass beads used are less than 2mm in size. They should be handled with care. It may break under high impact or treated roughly.
